Computer Planet: Great website, product choice, ease of use. Great customer service response time - great PC build, well constructed with everything present & correct and runs like a dream... however the promised timescale & production process updates were not kept & my build took twice as long as advertised and inaccurate timings were given when chasing. The advertised Free copy of Dirt 2 wasn't included. Was told voucher included to cover this but there wasn't. (Remains unresolved).



Summary:

Website navigation & customisation process is a joy to use - delighted with the end product which is the most important thing, but poor timings, lack of info and non receipt of advertised free game are a let down and detract from what would otherwise be top marks. If you want a great product that's definitely value for money I commend and recommend Computer Planet wholeheartedly, but be warned that you may be tearing your hair out waiting for it & then suffer a missing side item which may remain unresolved.
