My wife ordered a book on line on 1st October. Wrong book sent (arrived 7th October) Sent straight back asking for a replacement. When I rang to ask for an update on the order I was told that they can't tell me due to data protection. I don't wan
t the secrets of MI5, I just want to know when the book will be delivered!
Their customer service (!) line is not open at weekends... and it is now 23rd October and no book.
Absolute rubbish, Amazon for me next time
