Ordered @ the beginning of Sept. a pair of cycling overshoes and rain cycling trousers, which on the website was not mentioned as not in stock. On sept. 3 the cycling overshoes were sent, with a message saying that a back-order was posted for the cycling trousers, but that the order was still pending. After a couple of weeks, another message was sent which permitted me to answer that the order was to be cancelled if not despatched by October 10. On Sept. 27, Wiggle wrote that the order was despatched, payment was taken from my account yet it has not arrived. Notwithstanding 3 messages requesting information - none of which was answered, and still waiting. Truly, NONE of the usual UK websites I use for cycling tools or equipment has EVER treated its customers in such a fashion. I suspect easy fraud, since I have not paid for tracked postage. Definitely not recommended.
