“I ordered a bouquet of flowers as a birthday gift...”

I ordered a bouquet of flowers as a birthday gift which came with free chocolates. I also ordered a vase to go with them. The flowers and chocolates arrived on time however the vase was not with them and nor was the card wishing happy birthday and saying who the gift was from. It was only when I phoned to see if they had arrived that the recipient discovered they were from me! I contacted iFlorist to tell them this and they immediately apologised and arranged for a new bouquet to be sent out the next day by way of an apology - the customer services were excellent. So a slight hiccup was put right instantly and I would use them again as a result. The flowers and chocolates were of excellent quality.
