Purchased a pair of Purple trainers online they arrived and were Pink it took 3 emails and 2 phone calls to get a RMA number for a return as they were not the right colour as described online. Total outlay £25 on phone calls left hanging on for 45+ minutes. Courier did notturn up as booked lost a days pay.
All in all £25 to cover cost of phone calls and a pathetic afterthought Sorry. I would not recommend buying online this Christmas from this company service is awful.
