I have been with Pay Plan just over a year and I would definitely recommend them to a friend or a family member. I was desperate, I knew I owed a lot of money but after I was paying the debts each month I had nothing to live off, so I was getting deeper and deeper into debt. I wasn't sleeping and it was starting to affect my work, a friend at work recommended Pay Plan after breaking down in their office.



It was easy, I filled in the info online and they called me up and talked me through what I needed to do and all the time said if I needed anything just to give them a call. We went through my expenditure and outgoings etc. I got letters, emails and telephone calls from them keeping me up to date with everything. I can check my progress online and if I need any barcode sheets I just log on and print them off.



The best thing apart from knowing I am paying back my debts is that I'm not scared to answer the telephone and I don't get letters from the creditors.



It has affected my credit rating and probably will until after the plan but I should of thought of that before spending out of my means in the first place.
