Initially found Dilapidations Direct when looking for information on dilapidations and the law surrounding it. We later contacted them and proved to be very helpful, they surveyed the property and consulted us on the best course of action to take. The outcome saved us £30,000 on what the landlord had originally costed to us, obviously a huge relief for our business. A fantastic result, many thanks.
