Do not under any circumstances use Halifax Travel Insurance, at the time of writing my claim is at the 2nd stage of complaint, i don't expect to get paid out.



After 17 weeks Halifax are still asking for information that i sent them at the start of my claim, everytime you phone or write they change the information they need, they lie and try every trick in the book to avoid paying.



And as for the customer service, forget it, never spoken to such rude people in my life.



Only giving one start because i can;t give none.
