I am writing to share a truly appalling Habitat customer service experience. In June 2010 we ordered the HANA commode along with 3 other pieces (2 chairs + HANA desk )
First delivery: date previewed - we wait all day - no delivery - no call - no apologies. Up to me to call, complain and set up a new day.
Second delivery: HANA commode arrives - we open the boxes - key pieces damaged!
We call to return the pieces - Habitat asks to send an email - we do - no response for a week - we call again - they "changed servers and do not have the old requests in their system" - we send it again - no response - we call - we call again - finally they call back - pick up of the damaged commode previewed for Saturday between 11-15h.
Saturday arrives - we spend all day at home waiting - no pick up ever comes - once again no phone call from Habitat - up to me to call and complain.
Problem is still not solved! Habitat - never again in my life!
