Very poor after sales service. They do not deal with and bottom out the issues which they are responsible. You have paid good money for the service but you continually need to remind Travel Republic. Very poor running organisation and communication within. my tip: make sure each time you speak to them you get their name down because you will need to follow up again and again!! Not worth the hassle!!
