On 1st Oct. Talktalk cut off my Tiscali Broadband. I spent 2 hrs on phone on 4th Oct. another 2 hrs on 5th Oct. being passed to 14 different numbers. I wrote a letter of complaint on 7th Oct, and on 13th I received a phone call from someone on 0203 302 8400 to say that I would be reconnected by midnight on 14th Oct. This morning (15)I was not connected, so I phoned the above number and just got music and nobody speaking. I then phoned customer services on 0870 444 1820 and someone in S.Africa told me that she would expedite my reconnection. I'm still waiting.
