Had a query about a transaction on my card and after trying to get through by phone for a few days I eventually got through this morning Friday 15th October at 9-10AM. The call was answered by a very rude and ignorant person, who tried to imply that I was stupid!! Very stupid to get involved with these low-lifes, who wouldnt have a job if it wasnt for the customers. Therefore I will be terminating my agreement asap
