the previous reviews are all correct. The recent changeover has been catastrophic and seems to be getting worse all the time. My mailbox was 10% full this morning and is now, supposedly, 100% full. I depend upon email for my work, as many do, and this has caused extreme inconvenience. If you are considering which service to buy, find the longest barge pole you can and then don't touch Talktalk with it....
