I booked through aferry.co.uk earlier this year, thought the site was ok, but what I liked most was the way you can compare lots of ferries at the same time. Was unsure about something so phoned the customer services, they answered my question, and then recommended that I still book online as it would be cheaper, so I did. I had no problems with my journey, just took a printed copy of my email, all very simple.
