The new Talk/Talk Tiscali webmail is abominable. It worked fine until they rolled out this new version with wonderful new functionality !! I don't know what the new functionality is but I can't get any at all most of the time. I can't log in. Then when I manage to do so I can't read any messages. Friends tell me that they have sent me messages and that they have been returned. I have received about 20 messages up to 4 days late. When I roll the cursor over the menu I have no idea if clicking has done anything. I can't transfer messages to folders. It's mindblowingly awful.

I have sent a vitriolic complaint but have no expectation of getting a reply.

PLEASE Tiscali - read these reviews and understand that you need to do something.

I would find a new ISP but my email address is too important to lose.
