My experience with CityIndex in Australia is horrible nightmare. Can not be trusted. Their system basically had no charting. The platform take a long time to load. The worst thing is when you want to withdraw your money, they make it difficult for you. I ask for withdrawal, a week later I am still waiting with no date as to when it will be done. When I complained they just pass you to another department. So even if you make money with trading, it does not meant you can get hold of it. I would advise anyone to reconsider openning account with them.
