i use the arriva bus service x26 and x27 from catterick to darlington their are never on time the customer service is bad and the prices are too high. child prices vary to the driver. one day my 14 yr old had to adult prices then the next child prices. i sent a complaint and had no reply. cant use other buses because we hav no other service.
