I have had this iron for about 4 1/2 years and it dropped and now will not heat up. While trying to find someone to repair it I have gone thru 3 other irons trying to find one that will work as good as this one. Finally found an on line site where I could purchase a new one and I am. Yay will finally have the best iron anywhere back again.
