Really poor customer service.



I ordered a luggage strap for my pannier rack from Singletrack Bikes, then after 11 days had still received nothing so emailed them asking where my item was. I got an automated reply confirming that they had received my email and it would be answered within 2 hours. Then I heard nothing. Two days later my item still hadn't arrived, so I emailed them again and got the same automated reply. Four hours later I received an email telling me that my order had been dispatched, and 2 days later received my item in the post.



I'm disappointed that it took over two weeks and two complaints for my small item to arrive, and that there was no apology or explanation from Singletrack Bikes. While I can't complain about the item, and the price was good, I'd rather pay a competitor a bit more and get what I paid for straight away.
