“This product has never worked properly since we bought...”

This product has never worked properly since we bought it. The heater element is not man-enough for the size of the machine. Ours in fact has just packed in all together. The laundry always came out damp even after having had the machine on for over an hour. I would therefore suggest that if you want a Dryer that will actually dry your laundry you choose another manufacturer. The cost of the Dryer Element is £ 42:98. I will let you know how long this one lasts.
