Called from land line Charges £12.72 for a 35 min call what a rip off company, didn't even explain call charges just asked if they could put me through, never again. The watch dogs should have the power to close this type of company down instantly, I guess only a legal loop hole allows them to keep trading, shameful system we have sometimes.
