I can only reiterate the reviews already posted - do not use this company. I ordered a Wedding Box from their website in early August 2010. By mid September I still had not received it and (as the wedding had since taken place), I tried to contact them for a refund. There is no telephone number listed so I sent an email seeking a refund. I received a prompt reply to my email informing me that they would refund my account that day. Up till this point in time however, no refund has materialised nor have any of my further emails been answered.


UPDATE 29/10/10 - Following my review above (which was originally posted about a month ago), I received an email from the review website saying that my review had been taken down following a complaint by aimee's boutique themselves. The authencity of my review was questioned and I had to provide information to Review Centre which led to my review being reinstated. For the record aimee's boutique have still not refunded my money to me, nor do they respond to my emails. DO NOT USE THEM. I have actually complained to a Detective Constable in charge of online fraud investigations with Essex Police, but I cannot post his contact details here as the review site do not allow it. I can only urge those of you who feel you have been the victims of crime to contact the police and report aimee's boutique

Given that the Review Centre allows guest reviews this is why we thought the review was a non genuine review at first. This is based on that Review Centre staff will not pass on details of this customer so in effect we have no way of resolving the issue. I would urge this client to visit our web site and fill out the contact form. The moment we are in contact with you then we will resolve the problem you are experiencing immediately. If you received an email to say the refund had been made then there may be some kind of technical problem that occured during the refund.
