i have just read some of the reviews for Surelet & am quite surprised as my experience of them has been quite pleasant.

we had some problems with our hot water & heating system going down on a weekend & when i called them they did respond quickly to organise a plumber to sort this out - they have always been very helpful in trying to resolve any issues & the guys in the Hemel branch are always friendly & professional to deal with - they showed us some really nice properties & even managed to get us a discount on the rental!
