The Costa coffee shop is the market leaders but I found these shops very disappointing. The one in Bexleyheth Mall has been there for more than five years though I was quite happy with Bewleys, The Irish coffee shop chain. Ideally I would like a creche there as there used to be and frequent catwalks to sell the various shops clothes which are great as I have bought many items there which I wouldn't have otherwise.
The coffee is of mediocre standard and their toasties is worse. I think it is a waste of money for anyone who goes there. The Bhs coffee lounge serves a much superior Cappuccino and the staff pleasanter. I don't think the Mall would miss anything if the Costa Coffee shop din't exist there. The Costa chain is too big and smaller chains deserve a chance everywhere in England.
