Terrible experience. Paid for special delivery, received order confirmation and my card was debited only to recieve a mail a week later to say they have cancelled my order with no reasoning! After contacting Customer Services, they said they cancelled the order because of suspected fraud.



Service is bad enough in their stores but just as bad online!
