I would just like to share my awful experience of shopping with Simply Be. I bought some shorts and tunics for going on holiday and these did not arrive. I called to say I had not received the goods and now 3 months later have resolved this issue. I was told the items had been delivered but I still did not have the goods. I know there is procedures to follow but every phone call I made I was told a different story and phone calls from supervisors did not happen. I have now proved I never signed for the goods (only by sending an official copy of my signature) and my account is in credit but I still had 3 months of hell with letters demanding wrong amounts of money and at the end of this no apology whatsover. This has really put me off shopping again with simply be. I was told that if I had a big balance on my account I could get a discount but because I always pay in full I wouldn't get anything. I am going to write to Simply Be's complaints department but I don't think I will get any joy from them either.
