BookIt.com www.bookit.com Review

I spoke with the bookit.com representative and clearly requested an ocean view room (not partial view, not garden view...etc) . I made sure it was what we clearly discussed. I also requested an All INCLUSIVE package (not with limitations). We also requested Villa Del Arco in Cabo San Lucas. And to our shock, the Villa Del Arco reception desk said we had a garden view and there is nothing about Ocean View. I called Bookit.com right away from the hotel and spoke with a supervisor and asked they listen to the recording. They promised to call back but they didn't. We didn't want to spoil our trip and I decided to wait when I got back to the US to deal with it. We then discovered the All INCLUSIVE package also came with restrictions. When I got back I followed up and called bookit.com. I received a call from a Michael Mond, a bookit.com Customer Service rep. He agreed this was what we discussed from listening to the call recording and asked what I would like. I requested a refund. He said to think about something else since they can't issue a refund. I called and left numerous messages but without any call backs.



STEER CLEAR OF BOOKIT.COM. IT IS A MAJOR SCAM.
