My parents are (used to be ) regulars here and have often taken me here when I visit them in Felixstowe. Not again. The carvery was aweful,dry meat, poorly cooked vegetables. Other tables were complaining about the food. When my parents (who are in their 80's) also complained , the supervisor (?) was extemly rude and accused them of trying to jump on the complaints bandwagon to get a refund. A truly miserable experience. Wont be back until the management changes.
