when i arrived at airport there was no car there for me at the start of my holidays the rental company said they did not receive confirmation from car hire 3000 that i had a car booked i called car hire 3000 from the airport and they told me that none of the car hire companies they use had a car at the airport but i could get a car from another company i did get another car but i had to pay a lot of extra money which car hire 3000 said they would reimburse when i sent in receipts .i have sent in receipts and letter and i have been told that it may take 28 days to sort this out and now they tell me that they need more time as they are very busy.
