I ordered a dress back in July for a function in August. After a few weeks I didnt receive the dress and I emailed the Company. The lady Zara who runs the company said that a dress was being made for me as they didnt have my size in stock. I said great but I needed the dress for mid August.
There was excellent email correspondence with the company until I asked for my money to be refunded as I hadn't received the item in time. Since then I have not heard back from them. The phone number on the website continuously rings. I have now contacted my credit card company and have put in a dispute to try and get my money back.
