Logged on to my account yesterday (27 Sept) for the first time in several months. Discovered a message in the website's mail box informing me of the annual management charge and that I could have 3 free trades if I used them by the end of August - which obviously I couldn't do as August had been and gone. Company refuses to reinstate the free trades.
When I signed up for this account there was no management charges, I received paper annual statements and messages to my email account when there was anything I needed to be aware of. Now I receive nothing and am charged £35 plus VAT for the privilege.
