“Let me say firstly that I don't eat Christmas cake....”

Let me say firstly that I don't eat Christmas cake. However my wife bought one from Special Days Cakes in Uddingston and got me to try a bit. The cake was SUPERB. The inside was delicious and it tasted so good that I was disappointed when it was finshed. We had a party in the house at New Year and even then the cake was still fresh and all our guests commented on how good the cake was. We will not go anywhere else now ...
