Good Points

Small, compact and very stylish handset with plenty of features. Doesn't need charging often. Lots of accessories available including a fabulous MP3 player.

Bad Points

A slightly fragile design with the flip cover easily loosened or damaged if handled roughly. The aerial is positioned at an odd angle which is slightly unappealing, but obviously designed that way to angle away from head. Also, the keypad takes a bit of getting used to.

General Comments

I purchased an Ericsson T20e mobile phone solely on looks. I always wanted a flip phone handset and the Ericsson's have a very nice range. My first impression of the T20e was how tiny it is, it sits neatly on the palm of your hand and is extremely lightweight even with battery. The design of the phone is very stylish, I particularly like the torquise blue LCD screen and the flip cover which covers the keyboard and answers and terminates calls automatically. The keyboard on the phone is somewhat fiddly to use at first and takes some getting used to. The menu is easy to use and Ericsson have managed to pack a lot of features into the T20e which makes it very easy and convenient to use. The range of accessories available for the T20e is impressive. I had a handset cover, a handsfree kit, a mini external keyboard and an MP3 player. The handset cover is very attractive and lets you use the phone on your belt and is so small its more like wearing a pager than a mobile phone! The handsfree kit is the best I've ever tried on a mobile, call clarity and speech quality is the same as using the actual handset and callers never realise when its in use. The MP3 player is simply fabulous with very close to CD quality sound through the earphones. Transferring songs from the PC to the MMC memory cards is very simple to do.
