Only kitchen machine in which you can place in the ingredients and get out the finished product. If you follow the recipes the bread always comes out perfectly, and is the best bread you can get. The Tesco quick yeast and strong bread flour (white or brown) work as well as any other brand, most of which are more expensive! Other yeasts (Doves for example) don't work as well, so if you are having problems try the tesco one that comes in satchets. I have had my machine for about 7 months and haven't and wouldn't buy bread since/again. Have probably made enough loaves now for the machine to pay for itself. Preparing the loaf takes about as long as making a cup of tea and a quick rinse of the bread tin takes a couple of minutes once the cycle is complete.
If you like good bread you should be using a Panasonic Bread Maker!
