to supporters of ROL (Reader Offers Ltd) - wait until you get a problem! After hard-sell I did book paying nearly £4000 deposit. Family problems mean we cannot take our cruise, unfortunately. But with 148 days to go they claim they cannot transfer my deposit to another holiday, they claim they cannot refund flights, airport taxes or hotels. And to add insult to injury they cannot even tell me the airline they have allegedly booked. One member of staff tripped up and said it was still TBA - ie they have not actually booked any flights yet.

I shall pursue in the courts if I don't get a satisfactory outcome. I am happy to pay an admin charge but am extremely unhappy at being relieved of near £4K. All very friendly until you need 'customer service'.
