update on review written 31st Aug .... i have now contacted the CAA and not only has my claim form not been recieved they tell me an agreement is being set up with Hays whereby they handle refunds not the CAA ..... GOD HELP US!!!!! I do not think we will see our money again. I have written a letter of complaint to Hays needless to say no reply or acknowledgment. It is impossible to get any informatoin as all i get from customer services is that the department handling claims does not take phone call from customers. Has anyone out there got any cash back yet?? My next step will be to contact Watchdog.... maybe others should do the same, they cannot be allowed to treat customers this way.
