If you are looking for no hassle, fast, consistant broadband then sign up with O2.



I have been with several different broadband suppliers including BT and TalkTalk, both of which were slow and unreliable - couple that with appalling customer service and staff that no absolutely nothing about the industry and you can imagine my frustration.



O2 has been a breath of fresh air, UK call centres are open 24hrs and staff are very knowledgable and polite, never had to wait more than 10 mins on hold. Speeds are consistantly high even on their 'Access' package. If you have an O2 mobile you will get a reduction on your bill aswell.



Also, you only have to sign up for 12 months, rather than 24 like many other ISPs.
