O2 Are Useless and should be avoided at all costs
Been without broadband for over 24 days now,when trying to do a simple line change of DSL in the same house from O2. Call Centre - 0800 230 0202 painful...long wait, no one can actually do anything. Lead advisors don't call back and just want to get you off the phone. Unable to get anyone in authority to own case and O2 just want you off the phone. No returned calls.
So 24 days on -the system says "in progres" and there is no progress.
Spoken to 4 different people, 40-50 mins each time......best response was "we don't have a button on out screen to do this"
Stay with BT or Virgin is my advice - avoid O2
