Good Points

Vibra alert, quick access menu, battery life, 3 minutes voice recorder!, big screen

Bad Points

Very bad SMS function; no message sender ID, can't use your phonebook after you have written a message, boring ringtones, hard buttons

General Comments

For it's money this is a quiet a good phone, has some very good features (see above), but has some very irritating drawbacks; if you want to send a message, you have first look in the phonebook, try to remember someone's number or you can write it on a piece of paper, then compose your text and them send it by using someone's phone number. Received messages don't have a caller ID, so if you want to know who sent it, you have to check your phonebook (mine contains about 80 numbers so it can be frustrating job.)

why not get your friends to include their name in the text message. it would also help if you read the instuction more carefully. I managed to work out how to send an sms without reading the manual. common sense prevails.

I have cd 930 and I like it a lot. About the SMS bad functioning, I can tell that if you write the message in Message Editor and after that go and check the number, the message still exist in the message editor, so it's easy to use it. I don't mind this, remembering the number of the phone book, because it takes several seconds to address the message editor and just type the no. you've remembered.
It's easy and it's accessible. Txs.
