I should have taken notice of the reviews - their customer service is diabolical. Ordered mobile - no acknowledgement. Emailed to see if they had received order - no reply. Email received they would be contacting me - never did. Emailed to cancel the order - no reply ..... and so it goes on. Have now received mobile. Emails go back and forth but they are incapable of answering a question and their only acknowledgement of my emails involves a TID no. Now have 48 hours to return phone at my expense. They are absolutely rubbish. Am sure they are probably fine if you don't raise any queries, but if you have problems they are totally incompetant.
