“Ordered Dress, eventually after two weeks said size...”

Ordered Dress, eventually after two weeks said size not in stock. One week later offered after size! then offered another dress! said no to both and requested refund. No more communication from the company either by email or phone... They are not responding to Email. 1 month now up and am sending in the bank to try and get my money back.
