I felt the need to leave a review after seeing that so many people have had negative experiences with Bambino Direct. I personally couldn't be happier with my dealings with them. I live locally so made my purchase of a Britax B Smart Pram/Pushchair direct from the shop and collected the item myself therefore this was on time and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. After 6 weeks the brake cable jammed on the pushchair. I returned to the store where they checked if they could mend it for me. This wasn't possible so they said they would have to return it to the manufacturer for me. They also offered to provide me with a loan pushchair which would fit with my car seat however as it was almost closing time I would need to return the next day to collect it. I received a phone call the next day saying that they had decided to replace my pram/pushchair with a brand new boxed version that they had in stock. They did not need to do this which is why I found that their customer service was excellent and I really would recommend them to a friend . I have since purchased other items with no problems at all. Try to remember that often people only make the effort to leave reviews when they have had bad service & I'm sure they have had hundreds of happy customers like me.
