“Having read many of the reviews I was very concerned...”

Having read many of the reviews I was very concerned but feel I should put in my "two-bob's worth"...probably out of relief that everything went so well! After booking our family holiday to the Aquis Hotel in Corfu back in April, I had wanted to add on our step-son onto the booking and found it quite difficult to get through. I must say that until that time I had found the salesman that initially took our booking down really helpful and knowledgable, despite the fact that one could tell he had an accent. I did get through to another salesperson who I found a little lacking in knowledge and did not know how to add my stepson to the booking. My stepson had looked online and saw many negative reviews for Jetline, and I did wonder what on earth had made me book with them and how stupid I had been not to check online prior...Anyhow, in hindsight I now realise that due to the ash cloud incident had stretched the customer services department which explained why I found it so difficult to get through- other temporary staff had been drafted in apparently. Eventually I added our step-son although this did up the price quite a lot as we had to take an extra room (he is 17). Having been on holiday I have kept the number of the clerk that helped me, he was really good - I'd say give them a go. I waited to see how the holiday panned out - but everything went well, the flight was on time, the transfers took us to Pelekas in Corfu, the hotel is amazing (Aqis Pelekas Beach), all was as promised by Jetline, I think you get good & bad in all companies - but I paid a lot less for this holiday definately give them a whirl!
