IBERIA-NEVER AGAIN. Having purchased the flight tickets on net in advance Iberia demanded to see my credit card as verification on my departure from Madrid, but unfortunately my card had been stolen before. Despite having valid documents and a Spanish police paper with me, they made made me queuing in somewhere else to buy a new ticket with extra costs. If there had not been the usual one hour delay I almost would have missed my flight. The rudeness and ignorance of the ground staff was shameful. The other experiences with this airline were similar: hardly english-speaking, louzy service on board, almost always massive delays.
