The team at East Cost touring caravans helped us out of a very difficult situation after we'd being let down by another supplier two days before our first festival of the season. Dealing with Jane over the phone in their office was quick, clear and I still cannot believe just how helpful she was. After driving over 780 miles from Bristol to Inverness, with the last 200 miles being marred with torrential rain. We arrived onsite to find a very modern caravan with an horning (I'd recommend spending that little extra for the horning) of equal size ready to welcome us.



We walked in and flipped the light switch to reveal something more like a four star hotel. Very well equipped and I'd even go as far as saying if you can think of it, we found it in a cupboard. Right down to a spare water pump and even an electric fan heater just in case the duel fuel one fitted to the caravan broke down.



We closed the door and fired up the cooker to make a late night meal while listening to the wind and rain out side, and I remember saying to my colleague saying to me. I cant believe after that drive that we've just racked up and moved in and its all ready and working. No faffing about filling the water but up or trying to locate the power lead. We just dropped our wet weather gear in the horning, walked in and kicked back to a lovely start to our five days working very long hours at that Festival.



I really cannot recommend The East Coast Caravans team and their kit highly enough. They might not be the cheapest out their, but they do look after you. They have a very modern fleet, and if our caravan and horning is anything to go by. They have one hell of a hygiene and cleaning team who look after their it.
