Having spent a year in New Zealand I realise just how bad this bank is. NZ banks are pro the customer and can't do enough to make you feel important. They are not a bunch of petty-fogging jobsworths who seem to enjoy upsetting the customers as much as possible, they way Yorkshire bank do.
I called to see if they had received a fax I sent which was important. They refused to tell me because I could not remember my last 10 transactions. I told them I had been away and they said that was my problem and hung up. I spent 3 hours trying to find out if they received my fax, in the end, I gave up.
I was shocked at their rudeness and willingness to upset me.
I am trying to remember why I am back in the UK.
