“Having read reviews of Air France, I wasn't expecting...”

Having read reviews of Air France, I wasn't expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and the films were all very recent releases. The plane was late leaving Paris, but this was due to air traffic controllers, not the airline. I suffered some light-headedness on the way out and we were moved to business class, which was cooler than economy and the staff were very caring and attentive. On the way home we were upgraded to extra legroom seats without charge. A very good experience and will definitely use them again.
