The items I ordered were run of the mill, cheap Airfix kits and modelling knife blades. Such items are normally in any modelling shop, so I wasn't expecting problems. I am no "kit-building freak", buying kits as required to add to a model railway, so I can't comment too much about the majority of kits sold. However, the site seemed well organised and stocked well known and reputable brands. I browsed through appropriate sections for me and saw many items to go on my "wish list"!



The firm's communication was excellent - as good as any I have come across. The goods actaully arrived sooner than the postage price suggested and were well packed and exactly as ordered.



It's easy with a review site to spot the "this firm is bad" posts. However, the majority of satisfied customers don't tend to report good service; so I hope I can redress the balance a little.
