The jewellery is lovely and great value for money! The staff are always fantastic (Crystal Peaks) I do have to complain about the sign though, as I was in a wheel chair me and my husband struggeled but as soon as the young girl saw me she came out straight away apologized and moved it! She then asked me if we wanted any help! Spoke to her and her colleague like they were family as they reminded me of my granddaughters with their smiley faces, we felt at such ease we used first name terms (Emma and Hannah I think). We explained we wanted a present for our grandaughter and what could they suggest as i thought they looked a similar age (teen years). We went through many options and finally they advised me on a charm bracelet with charms as they were popular, we were shown many charms and we were very happy, the service was great, they were very professional especially for their age and we had a laugh along the way. I had to pay for the gift wrap but again they explained they don't add the price onto their jewellery, like others do. She loved her present and we will deffinatley be going back, and we got a free cleaning cloth!! Very happy - well done girls and thankyou. I think Warren James should advertise as we didn't really know about it and we popped in as we saw it as we passed.
