I have had my cooker for 5 years and have had no problems with it at all. Often make cakes (in main oven) and it cooks perfectly. I find it easy to clean and the ceramic top is still spotless. Don't know about service and support as I have never needed it.(hope that is not the kiss of death). There is nothing I dislike about my cooker.
